Colchester Business Network (Colbiz) - Successful, Fun, and Free!
WHAT
The Colchester Business Network (Colbiz), has been running in Colchester since 2009. We are an informal, successful, fun and free of charge group. We believe people do business with people they like, not because they pay to attend a group! The network is run by Tapper Financial Services and is open to businesses in Essex and Suffolk. We welcome all businesses, with the exception of mortgage and personal/business insurance advisers, as that is our own industry sector.
The usual meeting format is informal networking to start, followed by a one minute round of introductions, where people say who they are, what they do and perhaps who they would like to meet.
We then have a guest speaker to speak for around 10 minutes (all attendees are invited to speak, providing they are a reasonably regular member). We then have a business card raffle for a bottle of wine which is followed by more informal networking.

WHERE

We are delighted to be able to bring you these network meetings in one of the most comfortable and convenient establishments anywhere in central Colchester, which includes free parking! For those who are already working in Colchester access to the club is just a few minutes walk away.
The Officer's Club is also an excellent venue for weddings (it's a registered venue), wakes and parties as it boasts a large function room and catering facilites. For those wishing to join as members, the club has excellent tennis, squash facilities and a snooker room.
WHO
The meetings are hosted by us, Martin Tapper and Loess Overbury-Tapper of Tapper Financial Services. We are working in collaboration with our charity partner North East Essex Mind to bring you high quality networking meetings that are accessible, in comfortable surroundings with refreshments available.
